Repair Policy – Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions apply to Mobile Phones, Laptops MacBook’s Pc, iPads, Tablets, Apple Watches, and any other items not specified elsewhere.

💵 Repair Cost/Charges Policy

Full upfront payment is required for all Device repairs.
If the repair cost increases or decreases, the difference must be settled at the time of collection.
You will be notified in advance if the cost increases before we proceed with the repair.
Balance (if any) must be paid before collection
We only repair the issue(s) clearly stated on the invoice

🔁 Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:
You have changed your mind about the product or service.
You were informed of the fault or Condition prior to the purchase or repair.
The product was damaged by you after purchase or repair.

Motherboard Repair Or Other Repairs– Non-Refundable Charges Policy

 

For certain Complex motherboard repairs including but not limited to (Power IC, Charging Port Circuit, Display IC Other critical board-level components Etc) .
a non-refundable service fee will apply.
You will be advised of the full cost — including any non-refundable charges — at the time of booking.
⚠️ These charges are non-refundable, regardless of whether:
Your device is successfully repaired, or The repair attempt is unsuccessful
This fee covers the time, parts(which can’t be removed once installed ) labour charge , and technical processes involved in diagnosing and attempting complex motherboard-level repairs or other repairs .

🧩 Parts Repairs /Replacement:

✅ 14-Day Warranty on all other parts repairs *
🔁 One free re-repair within warranty (same issue only).
Warranty does NOT cover:
Physical, Water Damage, Deliberate damage or if any other repair shop or Customer has attempted to repair it.
* Additional warranty conditions are outlined on the invoice.

🔁 Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:
You have changed your mind about the product or service.
You were informed of the fault or Condition prior to the purchase or repair.
The product was damaged by you after purchase or repair.

💧 Water Resistance Disclaimer

Please note:
Once your device has been opened or repaired, it may no longer be water-resistant, even if it was originally designed to be.
⚠️ The shop will not be held responsible for any water or liquid damage that occurs after the repair.
We recommend avoiding exposure to water or moisture after your device has been serviced or Repaired.

🔌 Charging Port Repairs

✅ 14-Day Warranty on charging port repairs *
Physical, Water Damage, Deliberate damage or if any other repair shop or Customer has attempted
to repair it.
🔁 One free re-repair within the warranty period (same issue only)
*Additional warranty conditions are outlined on the invoice.

🛠️ Parts Repairs (Ordered Parts)

 

We will provide you with an estimated delivery time for any part that needs to be ordered.
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for such delays.
The maximum expected time required to resolve delivery issues is 28 days.
Once a part has been ordered, we cannot cancel the order or offer a refund.

The product was damaged by you after purchase or repair.

💧 Water / Liquid Damage Repair Policy:

 

🔍 Non-Refundable Fee:
A non-refundable charge applies to all devices with water or liquid damage .
This fee is charged regardless of whether the device can be successfully repaired.
🚫 No Warranty on Water-Damaged Devices
We do not provide any warranty on repairs for water/liquid damaged devices.
If your device is found to be water-damaged upon inspection, we cannot guarantee the success or durability of the repair.
✅ Limited 7-Day Repair Guarantee (If Successfully Repaired)
If a water-damaged device is successfully repaired, it comes with a 7-day limited warranty for the same issue only.
If the same fault reoccurs within 7 days, we will attempt a free re-repair.

The product was damaged by you after purchase or repair.

🔧 Used Parts Policy

We offer used parts as an option for certain repairs.
These parts are mostly original and are tested to be in fully functional working condition.
Please note that used parts may show signs of previous use, including:
Usage marksVisible cosmetic wearProminent or noticeable scratches/dents

By choosing a used part, you acknowledge and accept its non-new cosmetic condition while benefiting from a more cost-effective repair.

You were informed of the fault prior to the purchase or repair.
The product was damaged by you after purchase or repair.

⚠️ Non-Functional Components Disclaimer

If the device is in a dead condition or the display is not functioning at the time of booking, we may be unable to fully assess the Device condition. If any additional internal damage is discovered after opening the device, the shop will not be held responsible.
The shop will not be held responsible for any non-functional components such as:

Fingerprint sensor (e.g., Touch ID) Face Id ,Loudspeaker, Ear speaker , Microphone /Camera ,Hinges, Damage to the Palmrest , Lcd Bazel or Bottom Bazel,Keyboard/Trackpad  ,Charging port , battery Health & Conditions ,Any software issue / application issue ,Any other internal or external hardware & software related issue  which is not mentioned.
This applies if these issues were:
Pre-existing before the repair,
Discovered during the repair process or occurred during the repair process .
We recommend checking your device thoroughly before and after repair. Any issues not related to the reported fault are not covered by our warranty.

✍️ Important Notice for Stylus, Apple Pencil & Touch Pen Users

 

Please be advised:
Once the LCD screen is replaced for Laptop / Macbook or Any other Device , your Stylus, Apple Pencil, or other Touch Pen may not function as expected or may become unresponsive.
This is due to differences in touch sensitivity and digitizer compatibility with replacement screens.
⚠️ The shop will not be held responsible if your stylus or touch pen does not respond or function properly after a screen replacement.
If stylus or Apple Pencil compatibility is critical to you, please discuss this with us before the repair so we can advise accordingly.

You have changed your mind about the product or service.
You were informed of the fault or Condition prior to the purchase or repair.
The product was damaged by you after purchase or repair.

📱 LCD / Screen Repairs

✅ 28-Day Warranty on LCD/Screen repairs
Warranty does NOT cover:
Cracks, physical damage, deliberate damage, water damage, usage marks, or any damage caused by the customer or if any other repair shop or Customer has attempted to repair it.
Internal Faults Affecting Screen Functionality
Please be aware:
If any other internal components of your device are faulty or damaged, they may affect the proper functioning of the screen, even after a successful screen replacement.This includes issues with:
Motherboard,Touch IC or display connectors,Internal flex cables,Power supply circuits Or any related components
⚠️ The shop is not responsible if the screen does not function correctly due to pre-existing or underlying internal faults not related to the screen itself.
If any such issues are discovered during repair, we will inform you and may provide a separate quote for additional repairs.

     Please be advised that we do not use original screens for MacBook, Laptop, or other devic screen
replacement.
We only use high-quality third-party screens (Grade A+) for all screen repair services. If you
specifically require an original screen, please inform us at the time of booking so we can advise
availability and cost.
 If you require an original screen, please inform us at the time of booking.

We are only responsible for fixing the specific fault(s) you reported to us at the time of the booking .

❌ We do not accept responsibility for any other issues that may occur or be discovered during/after the repair.
